Stayed here for a city break and had a great time. the hotel is located in a really convenient spot, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious and had natural light. Breakfast was included in the rate and it was really tasty. One of the best things about this place is the pool - it was the perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring the city.
That the pool was unheated, so it was a bit chilly. But it was still refreshing and we enjoyed it regardless.

Only a short distance to many attractions due to excellent access to a train station. All in all a WONDERFUL experience. There was pool. Excellent base weekend in Chiang Mai.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. Additionally, the location was perfect. Situated on a quiet street near some beautiful temples in the Old Quarter, it allowed for a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities were all in place, and they even provided an extra mattress for our daughter to sleep on, which was a thoughtful touch. Finally, the breakfast was satisfactory, with a decent selection to choose from.
Everything was okay, there was nothing significant that needed improvement.
